De laatste stand van de onderzoeken en NTA’s, maar ook ontwikkelingen in binnen- en buitenland worden deze middag gepresenteerd

13:00-13:45 | Biobased materials – research and insights from Sweden

Zweden is een van de toonaangevende landen om ons heen waar momenteel veel onderzoeken worden gedaan naar biobased materialen. Cecilia Wetterqvist van Bengt Dahlgren neemt ons mee met ontwikkelingen en onderzoeken die momenteel worden gedaan in Zweden. (Presentatie in het Engels)

13:45-14:30 | Clay as fire protection for timber structures

Johanna Liblik van de Technische Universiteit van Talinn (Estland) heeft onderzoek gedaan naar het gebruik van leem als alternatief (biobased) materiaal voor de brandwerende bescherming van houten scheidingconstructies. Wat zijn de voor- en nadelen van de toepassing van dit bouwmaterialen? Zijn er specifieke beperkingen waar je op moet letten? (Presentatie in het Engels)

15:00-15:30 | Testprogramma brandveiligheid biobased bouwmaterialen

Als onderdeel van het programma Building Balance hebben adviesbureau’s Nieman/Peutz/Efectis gezamenlijk brandtesten uitgevoerd van biobased isolatiematerialen. Resultaten zullen worden gedeeld. De conclusies uit dit onderzoek worden gedeeld. (Presentatie in het Nederlands)

Het testprogramma van Building Balance gaat verder. Bram Kersten van LBP│Sight neemt ons mee in het vervolgonderzoek en de aanvullende testen die worden gedaan. (Presentatie in het Nederlands)

Patries Robijn van DGMR over de laatste stand en de toepassing van NTA houtbouw en NTA biobased materialen. Welke gevolgen hebben deze NTA’s voor de bouwpraktijk? (Presentatie in het Nederlands)

The latest research findings, Dutch Technical Agreements (NTAs), and both national and international developments will be presented during this session.

13:00-13:45 | Biobased materials – research and insights from Sweden

Sweden is one of the leading countries where a lot of research is currently being conducted into biobased materials. Cecilia Wetterqvist from Bengt Dahlgren will guide us through the latest developments and ongoing research in Sweden. (Presentation in English)

13:45–14:30 | Clay as fire protection for timber structures
Johanna Liblik from Tallinn University of Technology (Estonia) has conducted research into the use of clay as a natural, low-carbon alternative for fire protection of timber structures.
What are the advantages and disadvantages of using this building material? Are there specific limitations you need to be aware of? (Presentation in English)

15:00-15:30 | Fire safety test program for biobased building materials
As part of the Building Balance program, the consultancy firms Nieman, Peutz, and Efectis have jointly conducted fire tests on biobased insulation materials. The results and conclusions of this research will be shared. (Presentation in Dutch)

15:30–16:00 | The next phase of the fire safety test program for biobased building materials
The Building Balance test program continues. Bram Kersten from LBP│Sight will present the follow-up research and the additional tests currently being carried out. (Presentation in Dutch)

16:00–16:30 | NTA Timber Construction and NTA Biobased
Patries Robijn from DGMR will provide an update on the latest developments and the application of the NTA for timber construction and NTA for biobased materials.
